The details

    1. “The Reward” is equivalent to:
      S$1000 Capitaland Vouchers,
      S$1000 Takashimaya Shopping Vouchers,
      S$1000 NTUC Fairprice Shopping Vouchers,
      S$1000 Cold Storage Group Vouchers.
    2. “The Program” means this Customer Referral Program. 
    3. “JAM SG” means JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT PTE. LTD.
    4. “Referrer” means the individual who has referred a “Newly Referred Client” through this program.
    5. “Newly Referred Client” means the individual who is referred by a Referrer to JAM SG. 
    6. “Customer” means the Newly Referred Client whose company has entered into a legally binding contract with JAM SG that has been paid for.
    7. “Participant” means Referrer or the Newly Referred Client.
  • Any Customer introduced and signed with JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT PTE. LTD (JAM SG), entitles the Referrer to be paid in the form of cash vouchers after the Newly Referred Client completes payment of their first invoice. 

    The Program is open to JAM SG existing customers who are Singaporean businesses. The Referrer is eligible for one reward for every unique company that becomes a JAM SG Customer.

    The Referrer cannot be an employee of JAM SG or any Just After Midnight global entity.

  • The S$1000 cash voucher will be awarded to the Referrer following a successful new Customer referral to JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT PTE. LTD (JAM SG).

    This offer is valid to the Referrer who introduces a new Customer who signs a 24/7 support project with JAM SG.

  • The S$1000 cash voucher will be awarded to the Referrer following a successful Newly Referred Client to JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT PTE. LTD (JAM SG).

    JAM SG will issue an email notifying Referrers of their successful referral.

    Referrers shall be solely responsible for ensuring that they provide JAM SG with a valid phone number and email address for the purpose of redemption.

    The Eligible Referrer agrees and accepts that JAM SG will not be responsible for any consequences arising from his/her failure to provide JAM SG with a complete and accurate phone number or email address and/or notify JAM SG of any changes to this phone number and/or email address. 

    Redemption of Reward will commence 3 months after the successful payment of the invoice by the Newly Referred Client. The Reward must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of Redemption Notification. If an Eligible Referrer fails to claim their Reward within the stipulated redemption period in the Redemption Notification, his/her Reward will be forfeited, and the Eligible Referrer shall not have any claim against JAM SG for such forfeiture.

    1. Terms & Conditions: 

      1. By participating in the Program, each Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT PTE. LTD (JAM SG) may issue.
      2. By participating in this Program, each Participant agrees and consents under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to the collection, use and disclosure of any and all personal data of the Participant by/to JAM SG, advertising and promotional agencies of the Program and such other third parties, in JAM SG absolute discretion, consider appropriate or necessary in connection with the Program and redemption of Rewards(s).
      3. If a Participant provides JAM SG with personal data of any third party, that Participant hereby: agrees on behalf of that third party to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein; consents on behalf of that third party to JAM SG’s collection, use, disclosure and processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein. The Participant warrants that he/she has obtained the said third party’s prior consent to such collection, use, disclosure and processing of his/her personal data by JAM SG and that the personal data that the Participant provides to JAM SG is true, accurate and complete.
      4. The Referrer will only be issued the reward after the newly referred client becomes a Customer.
      5. Rewards are subject to availability while stocks last. JAM SG reserves the right to replace any Rewards with items of similar value at any time without prior notice.
      6. JAM SG shall not be liable for any loss of, damage to, defects, delay, misdelivery or non-delivery of the Reward.
      7. JAM SG reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed Reward in any manner it deems fit. JAM SG reserves the right to request the Participants’ proof of eligibility, identity and/or otherwise for the purposes of verifying the Participant’s claim to the Reward(s) at the time of prize collection. JAM SG is under no obligation whatsoever to disclose the identity of the Participants or to publish the same for any reason at any point of time.
      8. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual Referrer.
      9. This referral program can be shared by any means online provided that this does not involve paid advertising or the unauthorised use of JAM SG’s brand or intellectual property.
      10. The Referrer and the newly referred client can’t be the same person. Where we identify they are the same person, for example by email address or phone number, the offer will be void.
      11. JAM SG assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or email communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission which may limit a Participant’s ability to participate in the Program. 
      12. JAM SG reserves the right to withdraw this offer if, in our judgement, the offer is being abused. JAM SG also reserves the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by JAM SG with regards to this offer is final.
